Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction. The personal data subject to processing will consist of, depending on the user's decisions on how to use the services, an identifier such as name, email address, identification number, location data, an online identifier, and other data that can identify or be identified, depending on the type of action performed (hereinafter "Personal Data"). Specifically, the Personal Data processed through this website are the following:
a. Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its proper functioning, identify anomalies and/or abuse, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.
b. Data provided voluntarily by users
This refers to the data we collect when the user voluntarily decides to send us a quote request, a request for information, or by subscribing to our newsletter. The data collected during these phases is limited and necessary to be able to contact the user to respond to their requests. For newsletter registration, we only collect and store the email address, the page that allowed the registration, and the external source (not always present). Sometimes, the email address alone is automatically stored in our external mailing list accounts. This activity is solely for the purpose of better managing our periodic communications, and under no circumstances is the data disclosed to third parties for other purposes. For quote and/or information requests, in addition to the data in the form, we collect the IP address, the web page that allowed the submission, the date of submission, and the external source (not always present). "External referral source" means that you may have reached our website after clicking on one of our advertising banners on Facebook or Google, for example. We use this parameter to measure the effectiveness of our online promotions through the use of other websites. All data processed in this phase is stored in secure databases with access reserved exclusively for our team. It will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes, and you can request its deletion by writing to .
c. Cookie
See the section dedicated to cookie.
d. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If IP anonymization is enabled, Google will anonymize the last octet of your IP address within European Union member states as well as other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. On behalf of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services to the website provider relating to website and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Please note that on this website, "gat._anonymizeIp();" has been added to the Google Analytics code to ensure anonymous IP address collection. You can prevent the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate browser settings. However, please note that doing so may prevent you from using some of the features of this website. You can prevent Google from collecting and using data (cookies and IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following web address: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it. Further information on the protection of personal data can be found at https://policies.google.com/?hl=it.
e. HotJar
We may use Hotjar to better understand how users interact with this site. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand users' experiences (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what they do and what doesn't work). This allows us to improve our users' experience by offering features that are increasingly relevant to their needs. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices (in particular, the device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor this site will use this information to identify individual users or match them with other data. For more details, please see Hotjar's privacy policy by clicking this link. You can opt out of creating a user profile, Hotjar's storage of data about your use of our site and Hotjar's use of tracking cookies on other websites following this link.

We do not disclose the data in our possession to external companies and entities except in exceptional cases provided for by Italian law.
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in Section 3 (a-b-c) is Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary for the provision of the contracted services. Providing Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the requested Services. For example, it would not be possible to send us a request for a quote or receive our newsletter by email.

The data collected is not transferred to third parties.
For the purposes referred to in Section 3 (b, c), your Personal Data will be processed until you withdraw your consent. In any case, this site reserves the right to retain your Personal Data for the period permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) of the Italian Civil Code). Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller or the DPO.
You have the right to request from this site, at any time, access to your Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, or to object to its processing in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. You have the right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (portability), in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. You can make your request by writing to . In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law.
a. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a simple string of text that the website you are visiting automatically sends to your computer or smartphone (specifically, within the browser you are using). Cookies take up very little space, although each website generally sends you more than one, and of a different type. Cookies are mainly divided into two categories: technical cookies and profiling cookies.
Technical cookies are strictly related to navigation, tend to improve it, and do not "collect" information related to visiting users. Examples include session cookies, which are used for normal site navigation; cookies from external statistics services, which are used to record the number of visits to various web pages; and cookies used to store the language or font size. For this type of cookie, express consent from visitors or notification to the Privacy Guarantor is not required, but it is necessary to formulate and make available only this information on the website.
Profiling cookies, on the other hand, are used to profile and categorize each visitor, for example, to provide them with targeted advertising based on their browsing habits. This site does not use them.
b. Who sends the cookies?
Cookies can be sent by the site you are visiting or by external components used by the site itself. The site that installs the cookies directly is responsible for them, while for cookies installed by external services, the visitor must refer to the relevant cookie policies on the pages of the respective websites. Google Analytics cookies, for example, are among the cookies installed by third parties.
c. How do I know if a website is sending cookies?
Since the installation happens "behind the scenes," you have no way of knowing if a website is installing cookies in your browser. To view them, however, you can use some free and easy-to-use tools provided by various browsers. In Google Chrome, you can use the developer tool. While on the page you're interested in, you can press F12 on your keyboard or, from the top-right menu, click "More tools" --> "Developer tools." A new page will open. On the page, click "Resources" in the top menu. Then select "Cookies" from the left side menu. Click on the triangle and select the website you're interested in (if listed). A table will appear on the right where you can view all the information about the cookies installed in your browser by that website. You can view the cookie's name, the assigned value (usually encrypted), the URL of the site that installed it, its size, and its expiration date.
We remind you that you can delete cookies installed in your browser by clicking "More tools" in the top-right menu and opening the tab that opens when you click "Clear browsing data." You can also prevent websites from automatically installing cookies in your browser via settings.
d. What cookies might this website send?
This site uses technical cookies and third-party cookies, such as Google Analytics and social media channels. Technical cookies are used to track certain choices you make, such as closing the banner you see (or have seen) at the top relating to the Cookie Policy. Furthermore, this website installs a session cookie that serves solely to record your visit to the site without collecting any specific data. To view the Cookie Policies of services external to this website, please refer to the relevant links for further information:
We also use some browsing cookies with the sole purpose of "remembering" some of your activities on this website. This activity does not allow us to identify you in any way. For example, we install cookies when:
